Returns.

For any reason, if the customer is not satisfied, the item can be returned if unworn, within 14 days from the shipping date.

Return instructions.

To request a return authorization, the customer must contact us via this form (click here) within 14 days of receiving the order.

The email must specify the first and last name of the person who placed the order, the order number, the codes of the items to be returned, and, if applicable: size or color change.

Once the return request is received, Jasper Boutique will send the customer a confirmation email.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund. It is possible to obtain a voucher to spend on your next purchase or a Refund.

For orders paid with PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be available within 5 to 7 working days. Timings may vary depending on banking circuits.

The return procedures are as follows:

The product will undergo quality control at our premises. Once it is confirmed that the product has not been damaged and is not worn, we will proceed with the refund.

Return conditions. Footwear must not show any signs on the soles. All labels, accessories, and packaging must be returned in the same condition as when the order was received.

Jasper Boutique will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address, and we also reserve the right to request photographic evidence before accepting any return.
