Shipping Information

Shipments to Italy and abroad are carried out via GLS.

Orders are shipped by Jasper Boutique from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the order placement, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases, Jasper Boutique reserves the right to postpone shipping if events of force majeure occur.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Jasper Boutique and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Jasper Boutique will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer will receive the shipping tracking code in order to monitor the status of the shipment. If the customer is unavailable on the agreed collection day, costs for delayed delivery may be charged.

Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

Deliveries in Italy are made within 24/48 working hours (48/72 working hours for islands);

Deliveries to Europe Zone 1 are made within 3-5 working days, and to Europe Zone 2 within 5-7 working days.
